  13.         The following individuals agree to join a lottery pool
  14. for the month of @100, @101, for the purpose of jointly playing
  15. the @102 State Lottery:

  19. and the following games of the @102 State lottery:

  24. and designate, @001 as the Lottery Pool Manager for this 
  25. month. Each participant shall be liable to contribute 
  26. $@105 per game played.

  28. Each party to the pool shall turn over all funds for the
  29. purchase of tickets at least 24 hours prior to the closing time
  30. for purchase of tickets for each game.

  32. In the event that a person does not do so, they shall
  33. nevertheless be liable to pay in their share of the money
  34. used, if a ticket or ticket is purchased for them.

  36. In the event that any prizes are won, the pool manager, who
  37. shall serve without compensation, shall evenly divide the
  38. prize among the participants, deducting any amount owed
  39. for a failure to pay a required share. ANY AND ALL FUNDS
  40. WON AS PRIZES SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE HELP IN TRUST FOR
  41. THE POOL BY THE MANAGER.

  43. This agreement shall not automatically renew and shall expire
  44. at the end of the month stated.

  46. In the event of a prize being won in excess of $ 10,000, and
  47. settlement options are provided, the vote of the majority of
  48. the pool members shall decide. If there is no majority, the
  49. pool manager shall decide.
  50.  
  51. Any member may withdraw by written notice to the pool
  52. manager, and the pool shall thereupon end, but shall remain
  53. in effect for the past games played as a pool.

  56. This is the entire agreement of the parties and there are no
  57. agreements express or implied not stated herein. This agreement
  58. may only be altered in writing signed by all parties.
